These terms of service govern use of the Moyo website, request forms, and online store purchases operated by SenTeGuard Inc., including checkouts started through this site or agentic commerce. Moyo is a product brand of SenTeGuard Inc. and is not a separate legal company. Custom paid engagements may also be governed by separate written agreements with SenTeGuard Inc..

Acceptable use

You may only request analysis of organizations you are authorized to represent, or that will be examined using only lawful public sources as you confirm by submitting the request form. You must not use the site to attempt unauthorized access to any system, submit fraudulent requests, upload confidential documents through unsolicited public forms, or reverse-engineer services beyond ordinary use of the public site.

Online purchases

Purchases of Moyo digital services (such as Exposure Data, an Exposure Snapshot, or a Basis Report) are contracts with SenTeGuard Inc.. Prices are stated at checkout. Payment is processed by our payment provider. Delivery is digital (typically email or a secure link) after payment and any required scope confirmation. Exposure Data, Snapshot, and Basis Report purchases include a money-back guarantee if you are not satisfied, as described in our refund and return policy.

Assessments and authorization

Preliminary scans and Exposure Snapshots are limited outside-in reviews of lawful public information. They do not guarantee completeness and are not legal, compliance, or security certification. White-box and other deep assessments require written authorization, an agreed scope, and documented retention rules as set out in Authorized use.

Software licensing

Commercial licenses of Moyo software, if offered, are governed by a separate written license agreement with SenTeGuard Inc.. Website terms do not grant any right to install, copy, or redistribute the software. Licensed use of white-box or internal-analysis modules remains subject to customer authorization and agreed scope.

No warranty

The site and free or low-cost preliminary outputs are provided “as is” without warranties of any kind to the extent permitted by law. Paid digital services are provided as described at checkout and in any applicable engagement documents.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, SenTeGuard Inc. is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the site or preliminary materials. Liability for paid services is limited as stated in the governing engagement agreement or, for standard store purchases, to the amount you paid for the specific order giving rise to the claim.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware and applicable U.S. federal law, without regard to conflict-of-law rules, unless a written engagement agreement specifies otherwise.
